You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

5.1 Ownership

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property related to the Services are owned by Terra Data Centers LLC or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services as provided, subject to these Terms.

5.2 User Content

You retain ownership of any data or content you upload to the Services ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant Terra a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and process it as necessary to provide the Services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Terra Data Centers LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the Services in the preceding 12 months.
